Amm Sorry of what im going to say but you dont need help with him being mean to you. What you need to do is open your eyes and see that he only cared in the heat of the moment. and what i would do is leave his ass alone. Maybe throw a dictionary in his FaCE! And when the baby Grows a DNA test.

make sure you save all documentation for when you go to court, so when he says you are an unfit mother, you have reason to not want your child to be subject to that type of behavior.

Just move on & forget him. He's obviously very well educated, & I wouldn't want that type of POS around my daughter if he were her father. I'd be happy to let him walk. Or I'd be happy to go after him for child support if you need it.

Get a paternity test, he believes that there's no way he is the father but if he is maybe he'll change and be a better man for the baby. He's definitely not for you- doesn't respect you one bit, but a baby still needs their father regardless of how you two ended up.
