Was she referring to your blood work or your actual Pap smear? The Pap smear doesn't count cells but they could use the terminology "low grade" to mark changes in the cells, which is not a big deal. Blood work would reference an actual cell count @mandyh30

Then I wouldn't worry, it sounds like she was referencing low grade changes in the cervical cells or a small representation of cells taken which sometimes makes results inconclusive @mandyh30 Your Pap results have nothing to do with your iron level, that would be separate in your blood work. Usually with something low grade in a cell count they'll repeat a Pap smear if there are other factors or see you next year for your annual anyway.
