I've Been having braxton hicks so much lately they hurt so bad it goes from my stomach to my back on & off for hours. it makes me wanna cry so bad 😢😔

@hailholla1412, all I drink is water I don't drink anything else. my doc actually told me I drink too much water cuz I have a lot of water weight.

I heard drinking water helps so much! and bananas because of the potassium!

lucky!!! I hate water haha I actually have to force myself to drink it or put some fruit in it
