@love345, I think the cheapest in my area that I had found was like $50 some places aren't badly priced at all the more expensive the better package you get. I had found a place that gave you a stuffed animal with the baby's heartbeat inside of it. I never had to pay out of pocket with being considered high risk though so I never went to a different place than the docs office

I didn't even have to ask for mine, they just did it because my insurance covered it. I would call your insurance company and see what they cover
