this heartburn 👎👎👎 I get it from eating anything literally a piece of ice will give me heartburn 😩😩

Make sure you don't lay down after you eat, that makes it worse

@meboom01, Yes I know it's been a couple hours since I ate but it likes to stick around. I drink anything an I get it. Heartburn hates me lol

same here, water gives me heart burn. I'm literally drinking milk after a bottle of water. I hate tums. and the heart burn is so bad I have that nasty bile like fluid come up in the back of my throat. seriously going to ask my doc if I can take something else besides tums.

Well I did get it at work one time and I was standing up lol

I heard we can take omezaprole, I think that's how u spell it. lol. so I definetly going to ask my doc!!! cause this is the worst I have ever had heart burn, and it just makes me feel sick and miserabl! @mommmyyof2

@smiles2, Yes I'll probably go buy some heartburn medicine just for night time so I can sleep better! i can't remember what i took last time but i got a list of what i can take for heartburn just have to remember where i put it!
