Locking your doors

We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?

I find it very alarming when we see for MONTHS “My husband doesn’t want another child”...”He wants to wait”...”he won’t have sex with me”....and then you keep trying to conceive anyways and when you do get pregnant ask us all a cute way to announce it to him? This is entrapment....conceiving behind someone’s back then unveiling it as a gift seems so incredibly disturbing to me..

Edited to add - I do NOT support this at all. I am posting this because I am concerned because I think children should be protected. This is NOT ok by any standards and should NEVER be considered normal behavior. And since no one reads this to the bottom and sees it - this is in no way shape or form accepted by the LGBTQ community. —-

This morning the maintenance crew in my apt complex, came in my unit, not announcing themselves, me half asleep thinking it's my husband stopping in from doing uber and dropping off my salad. They were walking around quietly, went in my daughter room waking her up, and came in my room where me and my son were in the bed...now I have no pants on or shirt & bra, covers aren't on me at all.
