@kyriemom, I wish I would start dilating or my water would break cause the contractions I'm having leaves me in tears 😩 n I'm usually so good with pain

Omg same happened to me smh I lost it Saturday night and he is being stubborn and sex doesn't help!! I started drinking red raspberry tea and all it did was give me mild contractions @pigletsmom
Yeah I'm at a 1 and today I lost my plug ect, I suggest a exercise ball! I love mine and I really do think it helps
