My Dad is officially 67 today, last night was me smokin up some bomb food. Today I asked him what he wanted for his birthday.

it amazes me how rude people can be. I got told today at work (because I was eating a rice Krispy treat ) that i would never have a healthy baby and would give my child diabetes as well as I was going to get diabetes. I cried so much I left work early. I am eating more healthy now then I have in 15 years and that was an unnecessary comment.
