okay so our baby girl's name is/was gonna be Jaleah. I never was fond of the name , her father was.. but I only agreed because he didn't like any other name I had.. Before i even found out I was pregnant , I said if I ever had a girl her name would be Londyn A'Marie .. and he didn't like that because Londyn is "his friend's baby name" .. more of an associate than a friend. But I just wanted to pick out her name. Jaleah was a suggestion from his mom.. And now he's mad because if I can't name her Londyn , I at least want to change the spelling of Jaleah to Jaleiyah.

Sounds like the issue me and my husband had. I changed the spelling of my daughters name since he wouldn't let me change it. He has to compromise so you both can come together to put the name together.

He need to let you get some input at least. Already his mom is the one who picked the name. I would be irritated by that.

exactly , and he's saying I'm acting like I'm the only one in it.. but I just asked to spell it , I'm not trying to change it , even tho I really like Londyn . @shan548

I knoooow , it's frustrating bc I really liked Londyn , so I already gave that up to name her the name that he picked. @junesmommy15

Just tell him this is the way we should spell it. I understand you feel different but I compromised with the name you can compromise with the spelling.
