I have been struggling for the last two months trying to figure out how someone could just walk away from there child, and then to want to sign over all right to the child, I don't get it my son is the most amazing thing in my life how can someone just not care! we were together we planned the pregnancy and he just walked away after a week. how can men do that....

This may seem mean bit be happy he's doing it now and not when the child is old enough to question why. My father signed over all rights and moved to the Philippines when my brother was 9. When I was helping my mother and him, he came up with tears asking me why his dad didn't love him.
