I have had a headache (borderline migraine) all day. Tylenol and Ibuprofen dont work for me, and i have tried caffeine and even ran my head under cold water multiple times since it usually helps but nothing is doing the trick today. any quick tips that dont cost money? i have no money til friday and sleep right yet isnt an option. lol

Water. Eat some ice. I think they say cold, but might be warm water on your feet & ankles & wrists & a cold wet wash cloth on the back of your neck.

@pixiestix, water will be your best friend and trying to take like a twenty minute nap tylonal is the only thing you can take while pregnant they say soaking your feet or taking a bath helps ibuprofen is very dangerous to take while pregnant because it's a nsaid med

well im not pregnant and no otc medicine works for me. I've been taking higher strength tylenol since i was a child for multiple issues. i would have to take at least 6-7 at once to have any sort of effect. it sucks. i suffer through almost every day with horrible headaches.
