IF I go to the ER for feeling really weak, having a headache, and pain will they give me iron medicine I have really low iron and I ran out of iron pills now I feel horrible.

Yes they will if that's the main reason you're feeling bad and give you an IV and Tylenol for your headache

Yeah i know i have really low iron also instead of the pills i get iron injections 3times a week and now feel much better. Ooh and they will also give you an ultrasound just to make sure baby is doing okay. Good luck hope you feel better
