so I know it's a bit early but I have my hospital bag and little Johns diaper bag packed :) now I just have to pack willows diaper bag to go to grandma's with when the time comes :) and my hubby needs to pack his bag still but I bet he will be doing that last minute lol

No such thing as too early. I could have my daughter any day now and I just packed our bags 2 days ago. Just have to throw my charger in my bag when it's time
