Yes you are allowed to dye your hair it's definitely safe as long as you are in a well ventilated room like a salon or if its a home do it in the kitchen or even outside
You can dye your hair, my obgyn told me it was perfectly fine they just don't want you to use bleach during the 1st trimester because it's more harsh than the chemicals in regular hair dye. I have dyed my hair twice and my friend is 37 weeks and we just dyed hers yesterday. You should be fine :)

Try to get ammonia free dye! And be careful because your hormones may make the color come out differently than expected !
