Oh yes, With my daughter I only threw up twice but I was always nauseous, all 9 months I had nausea. With my twins I threw up 3 times and had nausea for the first trimester. Pretty sure its normal. Sprite and saltine crackers really helped with my nausea

Yes. Lick a lemon or drink lemon water. I swear by it.
