Just curious for the moms who formula feed what happends to your boobs? Like what do you have to do…

I heard some mom's use cabbage to stop the milk but idk how that works. I believe there are pills to stop milk in your boobs too but I think you need to talk to your doctor I'm not sure

I used an ace bandage and bind urself tight for a few days. Even when u sleep. I have 5 kids and I did this every time and I didn't experience leaking or engorgement. I did it for 3 days.

They gave me a shot to help me loose my milk supply before I left the hospital. And if that doesn't help they have pills as well. Also cabbage leaves. It hurts for awhile but within a few days they go down!

if they are so full and about to burst just pump or hand express just a little to relieve some of the tightness and if you have any lumps. but don't empty out your boobs fully that will cause them to fill back up. only let a small amount out.

ohhh! Yea my best friend did formula from the start and her boobs never filled with milk because her babies never even went to her Boob once

warm bath helped me when I was engorged...literally had a milk bath

I didn't leaked or anything they just hurt a lot. and o found that putting a hot rug of taking a hot shower helps and relieve the pain
