Well I started to feel better since last night since I pretty much ignored my lower belly…

Well I started to feel better since last night since I pretty much ignored my lower belly pain...then I wake up this morning starving of course! I usually throw up before I eat then eat ..but today I tried my hardest to eat first..had a tamal and immediately threw up..just tried eating some fresh fruit cuz I feel shaky and my BS is low but I feel Imma vomit again😭
