vitamin water helps me. anything with B6 in it. Milkshakes help before it gets that bad.

threw up crackers, sprite, and Popsicles no it's just stomach acid because I have nothing else to come up 😢

drink ginger ail little sips tho and get peppermint candy that helped me

You Can Call Your Ob And Let Them Know. That Happened To Me A Lot When I Was Pregnant With My Daughter And My Ob Prescribed Me Some Pills That Help With Nausea.

Oh, Okay. Well There's Quite A Few Different Things You Can Try. Eating Jolly Ranchers, Drinking Water With A Lemon In It, Or If Nothing Else, You Can Freeze Gatorade In An Ice Cube Tray And Suck On It When You Feel Nauseous. That'll At Least Replenish Your Electrolytes When You Can't Hold Food Down. That's All I Can Think Of Besides What Everyone Else Already Said. @mrshamilton830

This won't STOP the throwing up, but it makes it easier. I drank lots of mint tea! It calms your nerves and when it eventually comes back up, it doesn't taste anything like acid or vomit. Just mint. It seriously saved me. I threw up multiple times every day for the first three months!
