Whooooo five miles down today, 240 squats, hit the punching bag and did some weights on my legs!! Cmon ladies lets get healthy and fit for our babies!! There is no excuse u can take time out to work out shoot u can work out with your babies because I know there's mommies on here that say they don't want to waists a minute away from there babies like really workout with them my daughter just laughs and smiles with me!!
