Woke up yesterday and saw that my belly noticeably dropped. Had contractions all day yesterday (8-12 minutes apart) and then they stopped, but I had very intense back pain for about 2-3 hours. Finally dulled enough to sleep and I woke up to more back pain and bad pain in my lower stomach (possibly contractions, but haven't felt this kind before). Feeling nauseous and have had soft stool since Saturday. Was supposed to see my doctor Monday, but he had a family member pass away, so I haven't seen a doctor in 9 days.

Advice? Insight? Is this labor?
