@brwneydgirly25, so wait I have a question haha. I need to go to the eye doctor and I planned on paying with part of my refund. I filed on January 26th, do you think it would be safe for me to make an appointment on Saturday?

honestly probably not.. I filed the 26th too and mine hadn't even been approved yet

if you check on the where's my refund part at the IRS website when it's approved it will give a direct deposit date.. it goes through 3 steps,.. accept, then approval, and finally funds sent to bank.. @kcamps

@kcamps i just got my refund approved and the expected deposit date should be here by the 8th.. i also read that irs only updates system once a week on wed.. i think that maybe true because i filed sat.. and was approved this morning.. hope that helps
