I didn't qualify for an fmla due to my hrs so I'm under the California pregnancy act or something like that. ask them if there r other options for u since u do not have enough hrs

do you get benefits? I never qualified due to not working a year but you can take short term disability at a lot of companies!!! also ask for more hours for a couple weeks and you'll hit it! your so close
