Right now I'm a cashier at the local grocery store. Within a week I will be a dispatcher with our local Sheriff's Department. In a year and a half I can apply for the deputy position. I'm ecstatic to follow my dream of being a member of Law Enforcement but I'm saddened, too. I'm to be put on the graveyard shift which is midnight until 8 AM or later, so I won't get to spend much time with my little one :( Thankfully she sleeps the whole night away (about 1 AM until noon!) and normally wakes up around 10 AM to eat so grandma will have it easy with babysitting, but that's the time I love having with her...hopefully the transition is a smooth one :(
