So my aunt has 8 dogs and wants to get rid of her 3 Italian Greyhounds. Me and my husband love 2 of them and she told me tonight if we want them we can have them. If we take the mother and daughter she would keep the grandma. That way when we move out I won't be alone at night when my husband is working. My husband has been begging me to ask her for the 2 younger ones. So I guess I have to make sure our new fur babies have everything when we move out. Only down side about the dogs is my aunt got them from someone who abused them so they are extremely afraid of people and have never been walked. We tried twice the 2nd time went ok, not great though. Now we have to work with them to get use to being walked and loved.

We had a HUGE puppy that had never been walked and he wanted to stop and smell every little flower and then barrel on down the road, and bark at everything (his bark sounded mean but tail wagged but people still got scared) and lick every toddler and run in the street...omg. My point is, GOOD LUCK lol

lol oh no these dogs freak out. The daughter (Ginger) literally jumps on her back feet like a rabbit trying to get the leash off and runs back inside. The mother (Jackie) she'll walk but is afraid she'll stop and jump on us look at us for approval then takes a few steps and does it again. We can't even make it off my aunts property when trying to walk them. They've never even seen a street. The grandma, the first time she saw a street she literally barked at it for 5 minutes and it took us forever to get her to step on it. My aunt said they even freak out when their in a car. @tahtahme

No only the three in the picture. her other dogs love to go for car rides, walks, being loved, and play. She spoils them so much. Buys them tempurpedic beds, expensive food, treats, she even grooms her own dogs herself. @tahtahme

The only reason she took the 3 greyhounds in is because she felt so bad for them. But the two me and my husband are taking don't like her german shepherd. Their so afraid of him that they refuse to go outside to use the bathroom if he's around. They've peed on my aunts bed 3x in the last week. It's to the point to were my aunt crys because she wishes they would get use to the big dog. Me and my husband started to take the 2 we are taking to sleep with us and they never go to the bathroom in our room. They'll wake us up if they need to go out. Their good dogs just extremely afraid. @tahtahme

Yeah my aunt is a really big dog person. If she could she'd own more dogs. I think I'll really enjoy them once we move out. I won't be lonely when my husband's gone. They'll be my own little project to get use to things. @tahtahme
