Most likely. At 20 wks your uterus only goes from your pelvis to about your belly button or a little bit below, so that's really the only place they have to go 😊
I'm 24 weeks and my uterus go to 1in or 1 1/4in above my belly button! The pain in your ribs and such is your organs moving up as your uterus takes up more space. I thought baby was kicking my ribs, but not possible yet.

He is so low it kinda scares when he balls up you can see a big knot where he is balled up.

my baby stays lows that's just where he likes to be when he's chillin or sleeping but he moves around a lot
