You should do some research and wait till you're in the moment before deciding you definitely do or don't want it

It was the best ! I got it at 7cm and my labor was smooth painless an fast. But it can happen differently to everyone

i got mine at 6cm and had no issues with it. besides not being able to eat it was a great experience.
