Decided to stop taking the cocktail of pills the hospital sent me home with. Down to just one pill on an as needed basis and I feel just fine. Done with the iron pills for sure (tmi) but I'd like to be able to poop normally lol. Going to go back to the prenatals I was taking and finish the bottle because they were really good for me.
