honestly it didn't do anything for me at all! I begged everyone not to let me get it even if I was begging. I got the iv meds they give you and it was enough for me!

Honestly I said the same thing, I was very sure I wasn't going to get it. I made it to 8 cm and I lost it.. Shit hurt so bad!! I wish I could have made it.. I was almost there! Hey, if you really want to do it you can!! I believe it you mama!! 😊😊😊

Everyone doubted me too. But I stuck with it and had the labor I wanted. Totally med free. I really recommend rocking on a birth ball when the contractions get intense. You got this momma!!!

I've always just had certain reasons as to why I didn't want it and it would be so much easier if I had their encouragement. Did any of you ladies take a birthing class? They are really pushing me to do that also. I wouldn't mind it if the class wasn't on a Saturday from 9am to 4pm ugh

I FEEL YOUR PAIN I've decided against it too and everyone's insisting I get one...like. No. I've made my decision. I want to do it naturally pain and all. I believe in me but no one else does!

If you don't want to take a class I would recommend watching videos on how to breath and push. I wish I would have taken a class.
