I'm having really bad chest pains and it's going to my back as well. I'm a FTM and I don't want to go to the hospital because I'll be there all night and I have work in the morning. Any ideas as to what it might be ladies?

I figured that's what it might be or gas, but it's never been this bad before. It knocks the breath out of me so I'm worried it's not heartburn or gas.
