before you panic just ask your doctor is it over your cervic. i had the same issue before and i got scary. but after my doctor did the level 2 test and check the cervix and if it was covered. they usually tell you as you get bigger the planets moves up. and if its close to your cervix or covering its called placenta previa. it stops the baby from being delivered thru vaginal. BUT before you go crazy ask and look up for your own knowledge. don't start worrying until you talk to your doctor.

your still early enough that it could move up. I had a partial previa until 29 weeks and then it moved up. the biggest concern from now to delivery would be the risk of bleeding and if it hasn't moved by time for you to deliver you would have to have a c section.

I have complete placenta previa it's covering my cervix. My doctors office said sometimes it will move but if it doesn't I have to have a c section.

I have the same exact thing. Mine is completely covering my cervix and my dr already told me no sex no heavy lifting till my next appt. but there still is a chance for it to move. Not much we can do expect pray. Otherwise we will have to get a c section. But we still have time for it to move.

The sono person can only give you so much info because they aren't responsible for the other stuff. They can get in big trouble for giving you the wrong info. When I found out I was pregnant I went to the ER and that's when I found out I got a sono done and I asked if the baby was okay and she couldn't even tell me legally I had to talk to the doctor :( it was okay but it was a scary wait. I think it's cause they aren't trained for that info you know?
