so i went to the hospital last night and they checked and im dilated to a finger tip at 29 weeks. and they said my baby was about 3lbs and 2oz so my question is . is it to early to start to dilated ? and my son is already head down

I was induced because I had a preeclampsia but I had her at 38 weeks and I was in labor for 20 hours
