Anyone else can sleep all day but then are up at night? What can I do about this? Someone help
only thing ive found is stay up 24 hours and completely swap your sleeping habits around. first 12 hours are easy cuz thats when your use to bein up but the 2nd half when your usually asleep you fight it that way you can fall sleep the next night and be on a somewhat normal schedule again
