I used gummies!! The difference is the lack of iron. So when people take the gummies they often have to supplement an iron pill if they start having iron problems! Other than that they are ,from my understanding, fairly the same!
at first I couldn't do the pills or gummies so I did the shakes for a bit.
I took the capsules and the hard ones and they were both really hard for me to take because I would just throw them up right after. So my doctor told me to get gummies and I have been able to take them just fine. So if you are sensitive to pills I would get gummies. It helped me a lot (: but everyone is different (:
try and get gel pills because the hard pills only give ur body 25 % of the vitamins u need. gel or gummies are both good
