So today after I brought my 3year old to school about 45mins later I get a text from a friend who's daughter is in the same class as my son. She tells me that my son had on dress in the play area. So when I picked him up I let the teachers know that I wasn't ok with that. Now don't get me wrong, I have plenty of gay friends most of them even married! I just don't want my son in a damn dress. His teachers laughed it off, so I let them know again I didn't want them to allow him to wear a pink flora dress! And I spoke to him about it when we got home. He told me he like to spin in it so the dress could fly up lol

@malinaa215, I realized before today I never had the whole dresses are for girls talk with my son. This is his first time being around a lot of kids cause he was always home with me. As long as they know their gender and what not I think they will be fine.

@amiee08, I'm doing the exact same thing since I'm having a girl too! The whole dress thing just doesn't sit well with me
@mira423, I'm the same way I don't want my boys playing in dresses. I am having a girl this time so I use a doll to teach my one year old about babies and being gentle. I just don't want them in girl clothes
@malinaa215, I can understand the spinning thing since I use to enjoy it when I was lil, I just think not reassuring him that dresses are for girls is wrong
@jaeparm, I already know ppl will disagree with me, which is fine. But he's my child and I plan on raising him the best way I feel is right.

my little brother does the same thing hes 3 he said he likes to spin in my sisters dresses cause its fun
