Take it easy & drink LOTS of water. Take necessary breaks when needed. Also try putting more iron in your diet. Spinach & kale added to smoothies are super healthy, delicious, & give you a great iron boost & the other stuff in your smoothie will give an awesome vitamin boost!(: When you're at home try keeping your feet up, or lay down & just rest. I get dizzy & see stars & I've came close to passing out a lot during this pregnancy. I'm a first time mom, but these things help me (: Oh! & be careful cooking or when you're around heat or taking a hot bath/shower! Heat usually triggers it for me, especially if I'm standing by some kind of heat source 😣 I'd talk to your doctor & maybe go to the ER of it gets really bad & you're stressing out about it, also it could be dehydration which can cause contractions & preterm labor so they'll give you an IV if you are dehydrated. I hope it gets better for you! 😊 @mommytobe7634

Yep! All the time, unfortunately. Your blood volume increases a lot in the beginning and can make you dizzy.
