My poor baby is constipated 😢

@penelopesmomma, are you nursing her? if you are then put a half a teaspoon of fennel seeds in your milk....boil it very good, drain it.... drink it.... nurse your little one..... hopefully by tomorrow morning she's not constipated.... it works like magic. .... whenever my little one is constipated I do this and it works

No I wish I was able to breast feed but I was trying for 3 weeks faithfully every 2 hours and was making less then 10ml between the both of them so I had to give her formula

@sonya15, , she's only 3 months I was told not to give water yet even though she will be 4 months on Sunday

Hm, okay. My son has had constipation problems since birth and I was told by his pediatrician to give it to him! Hopefully when you try the warm water it works for her. I know how tough it is 😔 you can try and enigma too.

Water is good for constipation for a baby or try gently massaging the belly and moving their legs in a petaling motion like their riding a bike .
