I'm starting to think this baby hates me! I've been throwing up more often and I've lost 9pounds…

I went to my 1st doc appt yesterday and she told me the worse you feel the better the pregnancy. Means you have high levels. Hang in there mama. We are gonna get past the 1st trimester blues soon. As I sit here sipping ginger ale...sigh 😘😘

You're perfect! I never heard that! Ginger ale, crackers and lemon water have been my best friend. My first appointment is Tuesday. @trophywife

Yup!! And sure enough, I looked it up and she was right! Made me feel much better. And yes yes yes to the crackers and lemon too. I'm practically living off of it. And congrats to you!!

I lost about 25 my first trimester from throwing up so much, and the fact that the only thing I could sometimes manage to keep down was fruit lol. It comes back real fast the second trimester, don't worry!

I think I'll feel better after my first appointment. I don't feel like I'm doing good with getting all the nutrients the baby needs. @makayleigh

I felt the same way, I wouldn't worry about it too much :)

It gets better! My morning sickness was AWFUL, more like all day sickness. My dr put me on Diclegis bc I was missing too much work, it has been a lifesaver and made me feel so much better. Can be pricey depending on insurance but worth looking into if your sickness gets that bad! Feel better mama, it's all worth it :)

That's what they keep saying but I have a long time to go lmao hopefully this is just a first trimester sickness. Thank you tho😄@jp117
