the capsules, they are clear and filled with fluid, poke holes and push em up, wear a panty liner though, I suggest doing it before bed time and yes two pills twice a day. and four before bed up by the cervix. @marce88 @ximesmom I started at 35 weeks so I only took them orally and then orally and vaginally at 36 weeks.

@ximesmom, I haven't used it but considering doing a vaginal insert. I just know those stores carry it.
it helps soften the cervix, it worked wonders for me. I took two a day starting at like 35 weeks and poked holes and put them by my cervix (about four at a time) around 36 weeks. @ximesmom
