Try a little bit of Powerade and try to pace your breath . That happened to me but I am 31 wks 4 dys and it's not so bad anymore

I do that lol the Powerade has helped with energy but I just feel so much pressure it's ridiculous hopefully it eases up soon

I definitely understand what your saying... my blood pressure tends to spike during my pregnancy it doesn't matter if I eat right or not take my meds still goes up not as bad and it's only sometimes but it still puts me at risk... so ik what your going through its very hard trying to maintain everything but your health comes first and your baby... trust me as much as I wanna work right now I can't... I have to work on me my health and making sure my baby is okay... it happens but I'll be praying for you

Thank you :) I definitely know I'm not the only one. Thankfully I have a supportive hubby and he tries his best to help but he thinks cleaning is dishes and sweeping lol

lol totally understandable men are men they think simple... but most of my family have been negative and think my situation is nothing to take seriously but it is... but I pray and I pray hard ik I'm healed and God got me and my baby so I'm not worried about it anymore
