my 2 almost 3 week old has a small rash, almost pimple like on her forehead. what can I use to help heal it?

@sonya15,  I don't put lotion on her face just on her body. the rash doesn't seem to bother her

It'll go away in its own! I wouldn't do anything to it. If you're using lotion on her face stop until it goes away. My son got them around 3 weeks for about a week or so
