So, my heart just started racing and I felt like I couldn't breathe at all and then everything started to go black but I didn't blackout completely. Was this a panic attack or something? ?

Might be up blood pressure spiked for a few mins I use to have the same thing happen and was told by doctor that it was blood pressure spike

yeah, I got sick and I'm just sitting down. I know I should probably eat something but my stomach hasn't settled yet

yeah, I just got out of the shower about 20 min ago so maybe that has something to do with it

could be a panic attack, could be dehydration, could be low blood pressure, low blood sugar, overheating, lots of different stuff. happens to me if I get overheated

But would recommend u see a doctor because when it does that it means it spiked really high and then really low and then back to normal
