@or incezz_carlaa, that's badass!! I bet you'll get there quick. Nothing motivates better like being told 'no you can't' for 9 months. Lol
OMG YESSSS!! i stopped at 275 deadlifts and 250 lbs squats, i was going to compete on April but i found out i was preggers lol but i just cant wait to get to the 300's lol @luvmybump
@princezz_carlaa, I love it too! It sucks having to go so light. Are you as excited as I am to get to some PR's as soon baby comes? Lol
im a powerlifter and i still squat and trying doing a bit of deadlifts. i cant do benching do to it deals with my back but my doctor approved it also , i cant do max or anything just light weight , but its something! i love lifting weights so it would be so hard for me to stop
@orrwhat, that's awesome!! I feel like working out has kept the aches and pains away. I feel amazing!
I run and do weights at least 5x a week and so far have had such a healthy pregnancy. (You go girl!)
I hear you @mommyof2016. I've been being monitored extremely close. Exercise is incredibly beneficial during pregnancy. As long as I follow doctors orders, I'm not the least bit worried. Babies going strong 😊
nope never doing that smh I'm to scared to wrap the cord around my babies neck I won't even lift to many 2 liters at work
No, not at all. I do a weight that is comfortable and safe. Definitely can't do what I'm used to! Lol @perhsice
Yes 😊 I had to scale it down but because I've been doing it for 4 years I'm good to go. Doctor approved.. They say that whatever exercise you were doing when you got pregnant, you can continue to do.
i hope so! and i know all my fiancees family and my sisters keep telling me to now work out, just walk. when i just cant, walking makes me sleepy lol im glad my mom motivates me to continue working out tho so thats good & my fiancee lol @luvmybump
