so had my regular ob appointment and baby boy is looking good but it's now breach so hoping he turns before we go to deliver. my platelets have also dropped again and are now about 120 so I may not be able to get an epidural like I want. I'm also apparently gaining too much too fast. I'm not really sure what else I can do to slow that down without cutting out all sweets and most carbs. I haven't really changed my diet besides making sure I eat breakfast since I found out I'm pregnant.
