Did any of you mama's out there use a waist trainer after giving birth? I've heard of one's like belly bandit, etc. And some women say their hospital gave them one, just wondering what your thoughts on it are

I'm sure it's okay  the belly bandit is not as harsh as those waist trainers that are aggressive. I'd wait until u are completely healed

I don't think what the hospital gives is necessarily a waist trainer as it is just a band for comfort and pain after giving birth. I know a lot of c section moms who get them.
