i get that test every week is called NST non stress test they put straps around your belly to monitor baby's heart beat and another one to monitor contractions they give you a buzzer to press everytime your baby moves the test usually lasts 20-30 mins is also followed by an ultrasound to check baby's breathing, movement's and fluid you should score 8/8 if its lower than 8 it means baby is in stress and they will schedule for more tests or an induction.
