I have been having these dull stabbing pains in my uterus area lately and it hasn't gone away in over a week! They don't feel like period cramps at all, almost as if someone is stretching my insides (the irony, lol) so I've been thinking it's my uterus growing but I havnt ever made it this far with a pregnancy so I don't know. lol. I'm 7w5d today, any ideas of what it could be??
