I could take them but that means my mat pay would start earlier and I'd have less time with baby, this is why I'm torn x

you can have sick leave because of SPD, my sister is currently off on sick because of it x

I have same problem!! I'm 32 + 1 and I'm struggling I work 40 hours in a nursery we have 24 2 year olds a day with nappies etc. I'm leaving on Monday 22nd working the morning that's it, because I'm taking all my holidays and I been suffering really bad with pain in groin and a at front, my hips and pressure down there. Got midwife tomorrow might mention it. When have your holidays got to be taken by? I gotta take mine before x

I'm the same I went part time at 32 weeks then stopped at 34 weeks I just couldn't do it x

I'm working out now if I can go off! I'm struggling for the rest of the day if I finish work early, I'm fine whilst im at work, it's when I'm home and in trying to get things done xx

I'm a home carer and was diagnosed with SPD and put on crutches for the rest of my pregnancy at 30 weeks so had to take early maternity! It's a pain to take it early, but you need to think about you and baby. Plus what if something happens to one of the children you look after and you can physically get to them quick enough?! I know that sounds really bad and horrible but sometimes we have to look at the bigger picture and see what's best not only for us but for others around! I'm sure, like me, you wouldn't want to be a risk to those who you are meant to be there for @hannah2310 xx
