tmi has any one here had an episiotomy during labor? and have trouble going #2 after?

Yes I had one but I was temporarily paralyzed after delivery

So I couldn't do anything for myself for the first 3 days

I didn't get complete movement of my right side until December but I had 2 epidurals so they not sure how it happened

I did. BMs were uncomfortable for a couple weeks. Take colace, drink lots of water and eat fiber!

It's a pill that helps with BMs. More natural that a stool softener
