If your breastfeeding your baby, luckily your breast milk is providing the antibodies your baby needs to help keep from getting ill. I would say keep doing what your doing and avoid letting babies siblings get too close.

I used diluted on guard which is an essential oil to help prevent my son from getting sick so far he hasn't gotten ill

I know this is really late but on guard like @mikkie97 suggested is not safe for kids. no essential oil is whew for any baby less than 6 months, and on guard isn't safe until your child is at least 12 years old

it is safe when diluted with fractionated coconut oil I talked to my Dr's before I even tried it
