Not every women can. I've been there, I know. Not everyone has money like that. Some don't have it, some don't want to waste money just find out it's negative.

I haven't had money to buy stuff but you can always scrape up one dollar. And still asking ppl on here if they are pregnant. There is no way in hell we would know that! Asking could you be pregnant.
